Vintage Art Deco 1930’s Machine Age Deep Red Glass & Chrome Bead Necklace:

This is a lovely vintage Art Deco Machine Age deep red glass and silvery chrome necklace.

Large wine red glass beads form the centre swag and are topped with pretty fluted chrome metal caps. They are strung with smaller round glass and metal beads. The remainder of the necklace is formed with red glass beads and tiny creamy faux glass pearls.

End to end it measures 45cm long and fastens with a secure sprung clasp. The largest bead is 1.6cm.

The fluted metal caps are a little tarnished in places and the cups either side of the central bead are now back to the brassy base. All as seen in the photos and mentioned for accuracy.

A beautiful necklace in otherwise very good uncleaned vintage condition.
