This isan Vintage Tiffany and Co. Sterling Silver Toggle Pendant.It is Authentic 100% gauranteed! This is a great design and there is 71.4 grams of solid925 Sterling Silver and the chain is an 16 1/2 inch long Tiffany chain and done in Sterling Silver as well.
