I am listing today an AWESOME 1978 Vintage BARBIE Dream House Mansion! A-line shape. Awesome play-set! No original box.

I am not an expert on condition, only describing what I see. This is from an estate sale and I am selling it how I purchased None.

Dream house: Good colouring with no fading. Set includes all doors except the right front door. Windows intact and clear no scrapes or discolouring but missing one small window at back part on left side and one small window at front; complete balcony, complete closet (that sits on outside of 2nd level) as well as the rod that holds her clothes ( I added one vintage green clothes hanger), all flower-boxes intact with more flowers than any other house like this I have seen sold.All floors and pieces are structurally sound. There has been a light in the middle section of barbie\'s room added which is started by attaching a 9v battery and there is a on and off switch to turn it on and off- see photos for light and wiring; it can be very easily removed if not wanted and would not affect the house.

The columns are in great shape and the house is white - not faded yellow which is an awesome find! This house was well taken care of! See photos to judge for yourself as I am not an expert, you make the call!
It is safely packed, wrapped in bubble wrap and weighs 28 pounds!

Accessories: Barbie canopy bed and pillow as a free addition (no linen for bed), original vintage sofa and two bedroom rocking chairs, kitchen table with two chairs! See photos. Not all of the original furniture comes with set only as described.

This Dream house may be missing smaller pieces/furniture so again, I am not an expert please use photos to judge for yourself. There is no original box or instructions. These can be downloaded off of the internet; home will require some assembly after you receive it as it had to be broken down for shipping. There are free assembly instructions on-line.

This is very heavy and weighs about 28 pounds so will be expensive to ship. I will only ship to Canada or USA for this sale due to the shear size and weight of it.

Purchased this at an estate sale. Check out the other vintage GI Joe stuff, my little pony, cook wear and barbie stuff that I am selling as you may see something you like!

This is how I receive the item(s) and they will be sold to you in the same condition. I don’t make any changes or manipulate the items. Please ask questions about the item(s). I will describe the best that I can, but sometimes I miss things that may be important.

Shipping: Item will be shipped in box. If you prefer the item shipped a different method, please let me know and you will be responsible for purchasing any other shipping materials. Shipping must include tracking and insurance.

This house is large and very heavy, 28 lbs plus the box/ packaging weight so shipping will not be cheap. I put $70.00 just to put a number into the shipping box but your shipping cost may be more or less than that!
