On offer is this vintage silver plate footed bowl.An embossed band of flowers and scrolls, it isstamped [Menorah] \'England\' - which is one of the marks of Barker Ellis (from 1912+).
It has been engraved and dedicated by the 1971 Xavier College (Melbourne) rowing team to their coach.
Stands 7.8cm in height. Diameter of 15.4cm.In very good condition. No blistering or peeling or pitting to the plating. Only some minor surface scratches commensurate with age and use. Embossed band would benefit from a more patient/closer polish. Pleaseconsider photos.
