It has been give the number 611-MIt has a sandblasted signature marked Blenko, which helps pinpointed the date, which is approx 1958 - 1961.There is what I believe is a glass blower\'s mark on the bottom.
Very little to no bottom surface wear. No chips, cracks or repairs. No nicks around rim.Approximately 8 1/2\" Tall x 6\" Wide (s) are sold \"as is\".
