Dear my repeating customers, thank you very much for your continuing business. You coming back makes me happy and that means I’m doing things right. To make it even better, I sincerely offer you the easy return, no questions asked policies ONLY for you. But you pay for the return shipping, though. Please read the “Return” section for more details.

I define my "repeat customers" as buyers who have at least 2 separate purchases from me in the past without any problems. Fortunately, I have many and hoping to establish many more good trades.

Please read all terms. NO fine prints! Everyone can read these!!

• Vintage jewelries have been previously owned/worn. So please expect some signs of wearing. They were crafted years to decades ago so I may not have other colors or sizes. Item(s) sold as is.
• If you are looking for 100% brand new jewelries, this may not be for you
• What you see is what you get ( display not included) so offer with confidence. I take picture of the postal label printed from with your address + name and the item(s) you bought to make sure I don't mail wrong merchandise(s). These pictures are also used as evidence in case of dispute.
• Please be sure that your address is correct. Please, do not ask me to manually change your address. You should make the change yourself on your computer.

Shipping

• Unless otherwise stated, all packages are INSURED with either ShipCover or USPS insurance. If you do not wish to add insurance, please let me know so I’ll reduce the shipping cost to $3.75 ( First class mail without insurance) in your invoice
• I combine shipping for multiple items with tracking numbers and insurance for confirmed domestic addresses. Signature confirmation will be added at my own expense for orders over certain amount.
• I do like to use lots of bubble wraps to pack so items are protected better. So please bear with me if it takes you a bit of time to un-wrap the package. Also, I try to cut out and recycle paper materials such as used mailing boxes, carton containers …
• For domestic customers: I list Priority Mail as shipping method. However, it is First Class mail + insurance because I think it provides better protection for both parties.

Returns

I guarantee you will get what you see in the pictures. Full refund including the original S&H cost will be issued ONLY when item(s) is not as pictured or described. In this case, buyer must pay the return shipping and please contact me within 3 days of delivery proof to resolve the issue.

• All items returned must be in original conditions when I mail them and unused, unaltered.
• Any “other reasons”, NO S&H cost will be refunded and buyers also have to pay for the return shipping. Listing items cost me time and money. All “other reasons” returns are charged a restocking fee of 20% total item’s price. However, this restocking rule is not applied to my dear repeat customers. All my repeating customers’ returns will get deluxe service and do not have to pay restocking fee. You simply pay for the return shipping.
• Item(s) must be back to vendor within 14 days of delivery proof from the Postal Office. Late returns are charged $20 regardless of the price paid. This fee also NOT applied to my repeating customers. But please, kindly return item(s) within 14 days
