This is a Vintage Gaming Carnival Wheel and Spinner in carrying case and I believe it to be Handmade as it is signed \"Built by Billy Carrier, Peoria Ill\" inside the carrying case.

I really have no idea as to the year or story behind it, but it is a really nice piece as shown in the pictures which are the actual product you will receive.

The Carrying case opens and the top slips out of the hinge easily whilethe Spinner Tabslides up, and a Leg folds out of the back to hold the wheel at an angle for use as shown.

The Wheel itself is a 20-1/2\" Circle and the carrying case is 22\" x 22\" x 4-1/2\", and is quite sturdywhen set up and ready to go. Wheel had slight warp, but does not effect spinning.

It comes with a coupleextra metal spinner tab attachments, but there is nokey for the middle clasp. and the handle and carrying case do show signs of wear but function quite well.

It appears one of the dice spots was removed and the sticker \"Drink a Shot of your choice\" was put in it\'s place but is easily removable and can be replaced with another of your choosing.

This would be a great addition to any fund raiser or Gambling party or just an excellentaddition to your collection if you so choose.
