AGE/COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: 1980's unknown
CONDITION REPORT: Nice vintage condition with no chips, splits, cracks, loose joints or repairs. the base has some minor seam separation in a couple of spots [see pictures]. It is solid Mahogany wood with a thick black granite top.
MEASUREMENTS: 37 1/4" tall base 14" wide top 12" wide

We will resolve any problem if it is at all possible, but YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE OPENING A CLAIM. When you open a CLAIM, it is held AGAINST the SELLER even if the SELLER resolves the issue, and even if the SELLER wins the claim. Claims are ALSO held AGAINST BUYERS, and this may result in a BUYER’S account being suspended or unprotected from ’s “Protection Program” if unnecessary claims are filed AGAINST a SELLER. COMPLETE TERMS & CONDITIONS - LONG VERSION: Please read before offerding:
sale SALES: We suggest that BUYERS do their own research before offerding, read our sale items description, and ask us as many questions as needed and/or ask for additional photos before offerding. We will respond usually within 24 hours. Almost all of our merchandise is “used.” We do wipe items down but do not detail-clean or polish. We are not professionals and we research to the best of our ability but cannot know everything about every item we find and sell. Sometimes we add items to our site not for what they might be, just because we think they are nice items, useful or make nice decorative objects.
CARRIERS – BUYER’S SHIPPING COMPANY: Packaging and/or shipping by a CARRIER specified by the BUYER is an option, but it will be the BUYER”S responsibility to make all the arrangements.
CLAIMS: Claims will be filed by flatforksellers on all orders except USPS Priority Mail for claims under 100.00. These claims can be filed with your local post office. There is a time limit for the CARRIER to accept a claim after the package has been delivered so you MUST give us all information noted below within 10 days of receiving the package or you will forfeit any claim being filed by us on your behalf or monies for the damaged item/items in a timely manner. If the situation mentioned above occurs, you must:
1. Keep all packaging material
2. Photograph damages and ALL packaging material
3. Get a verifiable estimate for repairs, if the item can be repaired, or a verifiable estimate stating that the item cannot be repaired.
4. Forward this information by email WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving the damaged item/items.
5. Send flatforksellers your contact PHONE NUMBER, so the CARRIER can make an appointment to inspect the damaged merchandise in order for the claim to be paid if they so desire.
6. If any of these steps are not followed, the BUYER will forfeit their right to any claim with, for, or against flatforksellers, and we will no longer be responsible to file a claim on your behalf. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
CLAIMING LOST ITEMS: All packaging shipped will have a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION so if your item is lost versus being damaged, we will file the claim for the BUYER. BUYER will need to wait for finalization of the Claim to be paid before flatforksellers will issue any payment.
COMPLAINTS: If you have any problem, please follow Protocol and contact us to try and resolve the issue before opening a case against flatforksellers or before leaving Negative response. We are honest ers and do our best to treat everyone fairly. We want happy customers and will gladly work with you to resolve any genuine problems, but we can only do so if you contact us first. So PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. This is greatly appreciated.
DAMAGES: Please see CLAIMS paragraph (above). flatforksellers will enter a claim on behalf of the BUYER for items damaged by the CARRIER. However the BUYER must email or send pictures of the broken item(s) and photos of the box. BUYER must also keep all packaging materials for inspection until the claim has been paid, along with sending BUYER’S phone number for the CARRIER to arrange for an inspection (if needed). BUYER must also obtain a repair estimate if the item can be repaired. All information must be given to flatforksellers within 10 days of receiving your package in order for the claim to be processed by the CARRIER in a timely manner. We do not refund shipping costs. CARRIER pays claims only if items are properly packaged and the damage is not the fault of flatforksellers. This is why YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL as proof the items were packaged correctly. Otherwise the CARRIER will not pay the claim.
ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS: All electrical items need to be taken to qualified electricians or your local lamp shop prior to plugging into your home's electrical system for additional safety, as we cannot be responsible for your electrical circuit problems. Bulbs are not included. Lamp shades, if offered, will be shipped separately for safety, but for an additional fee which will be calculated after the sale.
PAYMENT: All payments must be received through Paypal within Five (5) days of purchase. If you are in need of another payment method or additional time, please contact us before offerding.
RETURNS: flatforksellers will accept Returns. Buyer pays for return shipping
flatforksellers sells USED and UNIQUE items in the best condition and of the best quality that we can find. flatforksellers personnel do not claim to be experts. We attempt to research our items, but the BUYER is ultimately responsible for researching items they are interested in purchasing and must ask questions and/or request additional photographs before offerding. We do research our items and we go on the research and information the consignors has given flatforksellers. Expect minor evidence of use. Imperfections, dings flea bites, crazing, discoloration, etc. from age will be disclosed in the items description and photos. I take many photos of our items to help with the description as every detail may not be caught. Please use the photos to help judge content and condition. If you are unsure in any way please ask for additional photos and we will send them within 24 hours. Complaint must be received in 2 days of sales end.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We do combine shipments to save money for our BUYERS. However, multiple items may be shipped in separate boxes if we feel it is best for the safety of your shipment and purchases. If the BUYER insists on the items to be boxed together flatforksellers will need this in writing and then we will not be held responsible for any damage or claim on the items.
FREIGHT: Any heavy or large items that exceed CARRIER’S weight limits will need to be shipped by freight. has provided a company, FREIGHTCENTER.COM, and they will give you a quote. Please contact us before offerding if you need any additional information to get your quote. I have used this company and they were extremely professional. They have an array of freight lines they work with and they put the shipment information and destination out for offer and select the lowest buyer. I find this to be extremely fair.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: If we do not have a shipping rate calculated or we are not offering that item for sale internationally, please contact us to see if we can ship to your country. A complete mailing address and postal code must be provided for us to calculate a shipping rate. flatforksellers is not responsible for any customs duty, brokerage fees, etc., applied to packages shipped through, for, or from any country. If you bought insurance and your item is lost or damaged, we will do what is needed to file the claim. Remember that insurance only covers your purchase price and not your shipping fees. We are not responsible for shipping fees on lost, damaged, or unwanted and returned items. If you Country does not allow shipment without being insured and sent Priority Mail and will not allow the item to be shipped guaranteed then we will send another corrected invoice with the higher priced shipping rate but if opted to not have the Priority insured package then we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, return or for any reason pay or file any claim and you will forfeit all. Also, flatforksellers will not indicate a lower price when completing Customs Forms, as this is fraudulent. The actual sold price will be entered on Customs Forms. flatforksellers will never ship furniture or over sized items outside of the United States. If the package size or weight is to large to be sent standard international shipping through USPS do not purchase or offer on the item flatforksellers will not ship.
LOCAL PICK-UPS: Available by appointment. I am near by always and need only 24 hour notice of an approximate time of pickup. flatforksellers in on Eastern standard time.
OVER SIZED ITEMS: Over sized items will be listed as local pickup only and that is firm. flatforksellers in no way will be involved in the hiring of a shipper for shipping of items listed as local pickup only. If flatforksellers can handle a local pick up only item we will drop off at local UPS Store unpacked. It will be the buyers responsibility to pay the UPS Store for packing and shipping in a separate transaction from the purchase transaction with flatforksellers. Also see the “SHIPPERS” paragraph (below) for other options. Multiple purchases will be shipped in separate boxes if we feel it is best for the safety of your purchases. If a BUYER insists on combining items we feel should not pack together, then flatforksellers WILL NOT BE responsible to pay for any damage if the CARRIER rejects the claim.
SHIPPING FEES: We take pride in having our items arrive safely and we try to keep shipping rates as low as practical. We do not inflate shipping fees but we do add the cost of packaging materials as needed, and this is already calculated in the rate you see on ’s shipping calculator. Fragile and/or large items obviously need more packaging material and we try to ensure that your items are packaged securely. It is often worth a few cents to a few dollars more to ensure this is done, so that problems are prevented.

We will ship any item that will fit into a 32 x 24 x 24 or smaller box if we have it listed as local pickup but buyer has to pay all packaging and shipping cost. This may be done on certain items were the packaging cost out weight the finical benefit to flatforksellers. These cost to the buyer average approximately 25.00 for packaging supplies and then of course the shipping fees. If an item is listed as calculated shipping then there is no charge for packaging or handling.
