Youare purchasing a vintage folk art woodcarving is of a Blacksmith shaping a horseshoe on an anvil by Amedee Gaudreau,who is a renowned French Canadian artist. He was born in 1932 and many of his works havebeen displayed in various museums. The carving is in very goodcondition and there is great attention todetail. The 7 1/2 inch figure has the artist\'sname rubber stamped on the bottom. Please refer to photos asthey are part of the description.
