You are offerding on a fairly large model airplane that is quite heavy (3+ lbs) and appears to be made from cast iron or cast aluminum perhaps? The plane is 15\" inches long, 18 inches across the wingspan and 2\" inches tall (4 inches at the fin). I suspect the model is either a DC-3 or a Martin 202 but unsure. Markings are barely visible but include the remnants of TWA logo and \"N86505\" The model is stamped with \"MS 192\" - perhaps Manufacturer Series 192? Is it possible that it was made made by Peter Nelson, back in the late 1950\'s or early 1960\'s - not sure. I\'ve seen similar models from what is called the \"Executive Series\". There are two holes underneath the plane where a stand appears to have been at one time. This could be a nice piece for a collector or make a lovely restoration project. The model aircraft/airplane is sold as is. Thank you for looking.
