If an item does not have a size I will try to give an estimate but please use the measurements provided or ask for additionalmeasurements prior offerding as I do not take returns for fit. Every purchase goes directly to our not for profit animal rescue. Many items have been donated in support of the animals. I have a no returns policy but will accept returns if the item is SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED. I.E.: If you purchase a gold ring and it turns out not to be gold. You must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Any refunds will be given after the item has been returned. I do not return shipping fees. The item must be returned in the same condition as sent and will be checked before refund will be given. Item can only be shipped to address provided at time of purchase and can\'t be changed once payment has processed as per policy. Fragile items are wrapped with great care. I do recycle shipping materials. If an item is damaged during shipping please notify me within 24hrs of delivery and I must receive a photo of damage. I will open a claim online with shipping company and they will provide the refund. Time frames for refund is up to the shipping company and they do not always refund shipping fees. I want you to be happy with your purchase. But I also believe that also means being responsible for making the decision to purchase as well. If you are unsure of anything then simply ask. We are a smoke free home but do not know always know origin of donated items. We are an animal rescue & do have animals on the facility and hair may travel. I live in a small town and my local post office closes at 4PM & for lunch and it is closed Saturdays. Fedex only has drop off locations and early pick up. Package is not scanned into their system until it reaches Las Vegas. Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase.
