DESCRIPTION

Up for sale isa wonderfully chic and shabby, chippy, vintage, wall plaque featuring gorgeous, huge, delicate porcelain china roses and other flowers on a rich gold velvet background, complete with tassel and quality decorative trim.My guess is that it's Italian, but I haven't found any markings. I also think these are probably from the Hollywood Regency period, but again, don't know that for sure. It's definitely a quality piece~complete original fabric backing ~ but it's not in mint condition, as there are chips (which in my opinion just adds to the shabby, vintage, time-worn appeal of the piece). Perfect for a chic and shabby romantic cottage!

SHIPPING

Finally, I estimate shipping costs and try to be reasonable and as accurate as I possibly can be. If my estimate exceeds $.25 of the actual cost of shipping, Irefund the excess to your Pay Pal account upon shipment. All shipping costs include delivery confirmation.
