This is a blow mold in the form of a candle that has the word NOEL in raised letters. It’s marked and was made by Empire. True vintage, not a reproduction. Surface dirt from storage. Has paint loss and signs of age, but no breaks. Comes with working lighting outfit: this one has the hard plastic ring insert and a relatively short cord. Measures 13” tall.
