Beautiful vintage compact by Elgin American. Black enamel with lovely floral enamel accent. The mirror has cloudiness consistent with age. No applicator...but does have sifter. Surface scratches consistent with age/use/handling/storage...nothing extreme. Wonderful addition to any collection. With all the vivid colors it would be a lovely display piece.
