I don't know anything about dolls, so I did a little research on this lovely vintage doll and found that the W.O.L. "stamp" on her back shows that she was made by the Gilroy Co. in Canada. I think she is from the 1940's or 1950's. I couldn't find anything on who she is... I saw some other W.O.L. compositiondolls that were Snow White, but she looks more like Shirley Temple to me. She is in good shape other than the crazing as shown in the photos of her legs and close-up of her face and neck. Heroutfit appears to be her original clothing...not sure. I took a photo of the back of her head to show that she has composition hair under her other pretty hair. She is jointed at her shoulders and hips and measures approximately 17 1/2 inches.
