The Result i think speaks for itself, The dome is set with a 4mm cabochon turquoise surrounded by 6 old cut diamonds and framed with amazing Blue Enamel, the Enamel is in quite good condition for such an old piece, you can only discern its imperfections with a magnifier, The ring face is about 14mm. The ring is size 6 and a half Us and 13 European and can be sized before delivery
