Vintage Copeland Spode saucer features image of a cornucopia with what appears to us to be lion heads and flowers in blue, with blue leaf/vine design and yellow outside rim. Measures 5-1/2\" diameter. Marked on bottom, \"Copeland, Spode, England,\" and red script numbers \"8234\" with a \"2\" above and an \"11\" below. This is a used piece and shows visible signs of wear and use. No chips or cracks, but 1\" spot on top side at top outer rim along blue band that is highly scuffed or may be paint -- but couldn\'t be removed with our cursory water/sponge cleaning. Visible scuff marks and scratches/utensil marks on both top and bottom sides consistent with moderate use and handling, and multiple small \"pepper marks\" of discoloration in several spots on bottom side. Light but visible scuffing to bottom side bottom ring rim.
