This is a WONDERFUL and LARGE sterling silver bird pin by Coro while in Mexico. Hector Aguilar worked with Coro on a contractual basis to produce jewelry during the 1940s, but since the mark on this is different than what is commonly attributed to Aguilar\'s contract work, I would guess that this may be a prototype or else work done by Coro through other tallers after their contract with Aguilar ended. This really is a showy, showy pin, given the large size and it closes with an old style C clasp. Circa 1940s.
