Items are shipped within 24hrs in most cases. Occasionally with a weekend or holiday it will be longer but not more than 3 days. A small handling charge is added to shipping charge but if for some reason USPS shipping charges are wrong, I always refund excess amount to provide you with the most affordable service. Combined shipping is always available, saving you even more. Keep in mind however that combining items may put them over the 13oz First Class limit and then put you into the Priority category.
I do entertain offers of 10-20% on most items. This depends on the rarity of the item or how many watchers it has. Offers of 30% or more off will be declined and therefore a waste of time for both of us.
