THIS ITEM IS----1 of 3 vintage foldout samples from Tilton Belts, the creator of the endless belt, you are considering the one shown, but i have three differant ones, all of various ages. from teh Arthur S. Brown mfg co. as shown. they seem to have gotten wet long ago. but no bad smell. THIS ONE FROM THE 50TH ANIVERSARY 1912-1962. seems to be missing one sample, ans something was attached to the top above the 3 rings, there are two staples there with something under it. very cool.
