Here wehave an absolutely Gorgeous andvery largeEnglish Silver shell bowl or platterwith a veryornate design!It has three \"feet\" that are impressed in the bowl. Smooth borderaround except for the \"handle\" which is theornate detailedpart. It is engraved ENGLISH SILVER MFG CORP 38, MADE IN USAthen a shield with MRR andS under it, and what looks like a male\'s profile. It is HUGE at 16\" by 13 1/2\" and is3\" tall and weighs about 2.5 lbs. Great condition with no dings or corrosion.It needs to be polished.
