The Sissel tableware was designed byNorwegian ceramists Ragnar Grimsrud (1902-1988) in 1954 for Figgjo. He had 3 daughters and named this tableware after his oldestdaughter, Sissel.
This rare and beautiful item is pre-owned and there are some signs of wear such as shelf wear, very lightutensilmarks (saucers only) and some spots on back of a saucer and inner rim of a cup (please see last 2 photos).
This item is very clean and there are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.Overall in excellent vintage condition!
