Vintage Forman Family Vulcan Electric Coffee Percolator with Creamer , Sugar with lid and Platter. I believe the handles are bakelite. I am not sure how many cups it is it appears to be about 8. I have not tested the pot , It is missing the cord. Spots on tray and coffee pot as pictured. I think they might clean up with proper cleaners.
