Vintage velvet dress with matching jacket for antique French doll. It is beautifully trimmed in metallic trim and lace. Dress top front is made of silk with cotton lining and cotton back. Button closures at the back of dress. Good condition but it does have some wear along sleeve edges and here and there on the vintage velvet and a pencil mark at the dress front at shoulder. Seams are slightly pulled at the back of the dress attached top. Jacket is fully lined. Dress measures 16 7/8 inches long from the shoulder to the lower hem edge. The waist measures approximately 16 inches around. The jacket measures 12 1/4 inches long from the front shoulder seam to the front lower hem edge. The sleeves measure 7 3/4 inches long and the arm openings measure 6 inches around. The jacket shoulder to shoulder measurement is 8 inches across. This set is approximately 40 years old but it was made specifically for an antique doll. It is very important to measure carefully in addition to looking at the photos. Fabulous find !!
