The handle of this razor has a windmill and what looks like a boat below it. These decorations are raised. The blade is marked Wm. Mc Kinley President of U.S.A. Elected 1896 Assassinated 1901. There is a picture of McKinley in the center of the blade. On the smaller part of the blade it is marked R.N. & M.Y. The other side is marked made in Germany. The blade looks smooth. It is approximately 6 1/8\" long.No international shipping.
