This is a three piece double edge razor that was produced around the late 1930\'s to early 1940\'s. The razor has the fat handle with a herringbone pattern. It is marked \"Reg US, Pat. Off, the Gillette diamond logo and Made in USA\". The Gillette Blue Blades box still contains 4 of the original five razor blades. The original case is in good condition for its age. The spring is strong as it snaps shut very nicely. The inside \"Gillette Made USA Gold Tech\" gold lettering is in good condition. There is some felt loss on the inside top lid where the razor head hits the top. It appears the razor has had minimal use. The gold plating is in very good condition on the razor and there is no plating loss. Very seldom will you find a razor in the condition of this razor with the original box.
