The globe pulls apart to reveal 6 tiny wooden thread spools.

In the centre is a thimble, under which is a removable double wooden spool.

Inside the double spool, which has a gilt metal lid, is the needle holder.

The globe stands 1 3/8ths inches high, with a diameter of 1 3/8ths inches.

Condition; in very good condition, tiny losses/wear around the edges and to the base.
