For offer is this lovely Vintage Gold Tone Resin Sphinx Bookend!It is in a good preowned condition with some wear from age.Perched on top of a black piece of wood, is the mythical Greek Sphinx!Unlike its Egyptian counterpart, the Greek Sphinx, hailed as a ferocious guardian, had the head of a woman, the body of a lion and the wings of an eagle!Made of resin and color gold, it has a some scuff marks from age.It stands at 8 1/4 inches tall, 7 3/4 inches long and 3 13/16 inches wide.
