Gorgeous, well made and hand crafted Halloween Cookie Jar...has some age from the late 1970\'s to early 1980\'s (have found several of this ceramist pieces all in this date range) signed \"Kittie\" on the bottom as shown and is of a Halloween Black Cat up on a large pumpkin. The entire cookie jar is in excellent condition...all the paint is beautiful, the details are amazing as this crafter was meticulous in her artistry, as found with all her pieces I have listed today (see listings, 2 additional ceramic lights by Kittie aka K.W.) The interior is clean, both for the bottom as well as the top and well glazed to hold all thos cookies or can be used for your Halloween Treats as well. Measures 14.5 inches high with a 9 inch diameter...good size jar. The cat figure on the lid measures appx. 5 inches high by 6 inches long and is 2.5-3 inches front to back varying. This jar has good solid substantial weight, quality throughout and certainly reflects the talent of the crafter. Wonderful and certainly a rare designed Halloween Cookie jar that has survived all these Halloweens to be used again and again...great piece to pass along as a family heirloom...guaranteed as described....shipped by location.
