Looks like a Government marking on the bottom of the base. Has the upgrade quality piano hinge. Felt and insides are very clean. Has the serial # and Maker brass label. Has the fastening hardware. NO rust. Fish is very clean for it\'s age. Light finish wear on the top. I am not sure what model it fits, 21 or 22 or other. Box measures 9 7/8 \" x 9 7/8\" x 9 3/8\" tall, on the out side, plus the extension of the base. Inside , cushion to cushion is 7 1/2\" x 8 1/2\". Fed Ex Insured shipping based on zipcode.
