Vintage early sewn label Merrythought Cheeky Bear puppet with beautiful thick showy mohair. Label reads \"Merrythought, Ironbridge Shrops, ENG\". Size is 9″ tall. From an estate sale and in excellent overall condition. Does not appear to have been played with much at all. No tears or seam splits. No repair. There are a few loose threads from the inside along bottom seam. Original gold eyes. Good velvet sewn snout. Good felt pads. No stains. It is well stitched with an adorable happy face! Great early Merrythought Cheeky Bear for your collection. Please look at the photos.
