Buyer also agrees to take pictures of the broken item and box and email them to the seller. Items that are damaged via shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order for a refund (this is in order to file a timely claim with the shipper).
- All return shipping fees are paid at the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping fees unless it is refunded by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
