Vintage Ibm Photographs Lot Of 2 Columbia University Man Standing Scales French :
Archive photos IBM (International Business Machines); black and white 8 x 10 glossy. Price includes the two photos.
One photo was taken in the mid 1930s at Columbia University, depicting two men and four women who are University Statistical Bureau staff members. Some of the machines they are operating are IBM equipment. On the back of the photo is written “1935 Columbia Univ.”
The other photo depicts a man standing on weight scales. Words on the scales say “Dayton Testut,” and “Force 20 Kilog.” Words on signs beneath the man are in the French language. The Societe des Balances Automatiques Dayton-Testut was organized in the 1920s to carry on the Dayton Scale business in France.
I do not know if these are copies of the original. In good condition. The pictures in the attached photos are the items you are purchasing and will receive.
