Description: I offer you here a gorgeous antique Italian linen placemat or tray cloth, embellished with hand-embroidery and handmade Punto Venezia, Reticella and Punto in Aria needlelace.It is creamy ivory, 17 \" X 11\".I have carefully hand-laundered, starched and pressed it for you.I find no damage or stains. I believe it was never used. A bit of natural pale ecru age-toning remains from long storage, and it is beautiful just as it is. With a few more days soaking it would no doubt turn white if you prefer that.If you love antique handworked Italian linens this is beautiful little addition to your collection.
