Vintage Japan Doro Yaki Banko Ware Brown Vase W/ 3 D Hand Carved Scene For Sale
This vase belonged to my grandfather, who spent some years in Japan in the early 1900's - I was told that it is Japanese doro yaki (pottery ware), in the Banko category. It is unmarked and unsigned, and appears to be in excellent condition - the only flaw I could find was a small chip at the top right edge, which you can see in the sixth picture. It is about 5-3/4" tall and 3-1/2" in diameter.
If you would like additional information or pictures, please don't hesitate to ask - and thanks for looking! I combine shipping for multiple items - I can give you a quote prior to offerding.
