Vintage Japan Sterling Silver Toshikane Seahorse Earrings

This sale is for a charming and uniquely designed set of earrings that were made in Japan by Toshikane during the 1950's.These earrings are marked "silver Japan", they test positive for sterling, and they are screw backings that work securely. These earrings are unique for their seahorse design measuring 7/8" long x 5/8" wide at its widest point. There are no chips to the earrings, they are quite intact and detailed with ornate scales and fins, and there is very little wear to the paint with the golden highlights being bright and fresh looking. Overall this is a charming and uniquely designed set of earrings that were made in Japan by Toshikane during the 1950's that are in Excellent condition.
