Here is a large vintage hand-carved Mexican picture frame from the 1960s. The entire frame measures 29 1/2 x 34 ins. while the back insert rabbet size opening is 20 x 24 ins. The molding is wide at about 5 inches.The frame is in fair/good as is vintage condition with some minor nicks to the paint surface, some green dye messed up at the bottom area ,side right in the linen liner. That can be replaced by a professional framer. Please enlarge and look at all pictures.On the back it is marked Hencho en Mexico and has original price of 50.00.Back in the 1960s that was alot of money.
