Terms of Sale
CONTACT INFO: If you have any questions, please email us. We try to respond to your questions within 24 hours of receipt. We operate Mon-Sat and are closed on Sunday/holidays (USA).
RETURNS: 14 day no questions asked return policy, buyer to pay for return shipping. Note that it has become necessary for JoysJewelz to employ a number of sophisticated security devices for identification and fraud prevention purposes. Unfortunately, this has become necessary due to the number of scammers/bait & switch artists operating on the internet. None of these methods affects the product in any way.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Import duties, taxes and any other fees or charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what, if any, additional costs you may incur before you offer/buy. Normally, these fees/charges are collected by your postal/shipping company at time of delivery. Please do not confuse these for additional shipping charges. On customs forms, we clearly state the cost of the item (excluding shipping). We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - not only is this unethical, it is illegal and also violates policy - which we will not do, so, please do not ask.
