This sale is for abeautifully handcrafted, fully hallmarked vintage LOS CASTILLO sterling silver, .925,registereddesign number 622, Bird In Flight brooch. Los Castillo is a very influential company established in 1939 by Antonio Castillo and his brothers. Los Castillo is known for their exceptional sterling silver jewelry creations, including many William Spratling era designs and the famous art of "married metals", combining varous metals to create artistic treasures, collected world wide. Measures 1 1/2" long with a wing span of 1 1/8" across the top of the brooch with dimensional beauty. Inlovely conditon.....left untouched, not recently cleaned or polished, a verygraceful andelegant brooch...sure to please...
