Original 1976 model Mickey Mouse telephone, made by Western Electric. Pie eyed Mickey. Arm holds up the phone. Touch tone dial pad. Serial # on sticker on bottom is 6492260. Has original proof of purchase certificate. It was purchased in 1981 in Los Alamos, NM, and at the time cost $145!

Condition: little bit of an issue with the phone. When it's plugged into our phone line and you lift the receiver, you can hear a very faint dial tone. We made a call from a cell phone to the number that Mickey was plugged into, and Mickey rang just fine, but when answering the phone, again the sound was really faint. We tried swapping out the phone cords, but had the same result. So, we're not really sure what needs to be fixed. (Maybe the handset is the problem?) But the outside / housing is all in nice shape, with a few scratches & other signs of normal wear & tear as would be expected for a phone in use since 1981!
