Vintage Lot Of 24 Letters, 21 With Envelopes. Many To Sarah Dock/arbagast For Sale
This is a lot of 24 letters, 21 with envelopes and most were addressed to a Sarah Dock of Snyder County, PA. One of the letters is addressed and written to the Mayor Of Johnsburg Pa in 1850. The husband of Sarah Dock, Henry Dock, was in the 172nd Militia in Pa and some of the letters are from him. Some are civil war era letters and reference it throughout a few of them as well as small talk about slavery here and there.
