Offered for sale is this fabulous lot of 6 different and all vintage figural bunny rabbits. The lot includes ( in order of pictures displayed) one rare/hard to find figural composition/paper mache, made in Germany, "Golf Bunny". This guy is complete with original wood golf club and foil label to jaunty hat that states "Golf Bunny- Germany". The rabbit stands 6", condition is very good, he is missing his cardboard plug/base to bottom and has a light dusting of soiling that could be gently cleansed, no breaks or chips or damage. He is just so charming! Then there is a fun and whimsical figural composition boy rabbit with overalls, tie and large carrot and colorful blue/yellow polka dots. He is marked "Japan" raised letters on back and measures 5 3/4", condition is good, the carrot likely once had some type of green vegetation/leaves at top as there is a hole at top carrot with a bit of 'feathery" green material, no damage or repair. Nextis a darling, marked "Germany" white/pink/ black with glass eyes, paper ears and holding little wood basket rabbit candy container that measures 5.5", condition is good, there are water marks to paper/cardboard plug, plug is stamped "Germany", paper ears are original, no damage or repair. Then is a small 5" composition rabbit with blue jacket,condition is good, he is not marked as to origin, missing cardboard plug/base, the surface/finish is spotty with whatever was used to glaze him, no damage or repair. Then there are two graduated size thin celluloid rattles of Easter bunnies pulling carts of eggs, both are in good condition and without damage or repair. The larger rattle measures 4" and the smaller one measures 3", both are marked "Made in Japan". A festive collection that is sure to bring a smile to your face!
