Up for sale is a Convair 240 Metal Travel Agency Display Model.. It is made of cast aluminum in 3 pieces. The wings separatesfrom the fuselage for easy shipping . I do not know if it was made by Osgaard Verkuyl or Raise up. I have only seen one other exactly like this one many years ago in a private collection.The plastic disks for props are original. One disk is broken and the piece is missing. The wing span is 16 inches.The base is original . There are chips in the paint on the nose and trailing edge on the right wing as seen in the pictures. There is no touch ups to this model. This is a sale, the high buyer at the end of the sale will own this. This vintage model is for the discriminating collector and not the new wood or kit models, which can be purchase anywhere. offer early so you don’t loose track of this model.
