Up for sale is a beautiful matching pair of Opaque White Glass Vases that are hand-painted. These came from my father-in-law\'s estate and to be real honest, I don\'t know a great deal about them. He lived in New York and also in China during the 1940\'s, so it\'s anybody\'s guess where he acquired them. I took them to my friend that has an antique store, and he told me that they were quite old (circa 1890) and that he thought that they were Vaseline glass......(not quite sure what that is). I\'ve looked them over carefully and can find no cracks, chips or flaws. On the bottom of them, one has the number #10 and the other is #12. They are dusty and could use a cleaning, but I am not familiar with them, and so I didn\'t attempt to clean them in any way.
The vases are about 10.5\" high, 3.75\" at the top, 3\" at the bottom and 5.5\" at the widest point. #10 weighs 27.4 ounces and #12 weighs 26.3 ounces.
