Vintage Maxwell House Coffee Can - Randy Souders Art - Coffee Tin Collectible

This vintage 1994 steel/metal/tin coffee can from Maxwell House, features a charming hometown, artwork is by Randy Souders. Measures: 6-3/8" tall x 6-1/4" in diameter and comes with its original plastic lid. From the side: "Maxwell House and Very Special Arts present this fine art tin." Aside from a little discoloration on the bottom near the rim, this tin is in good vintage condition. Stored in a cool dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home.

About the Artist:

"Art, for me, has always been a way to go places and see things. As a kid we didn't have the funds to travel far or all that often. But through my art, I could go anywhere, do anything or be anyone at anytime…all on a sheet of paper. At age 17 I sustained a paralyzing injury which resulted in life-long disability. So for a time, that made real-life travels next to impossible. But even worse, my injury took away my ability to escape my current situation through drawing. My only option, as I saw it, was to adapt and re-learn new ways to achieve what I wanted. It was a struggle then as it is today. But like most things in life, 90% of success is just showing up every day and getting to work. The places I paint are sometimes real… other times imaginary... but always personal to me.
