Original McCall\'s Cut and Sew Guide is in very good condition with three pinholes where the paper has been folded all these years. One small thin spot on the beige paper. Text and drawings are completely clear and legible.
Pattern envelope shows wear over time. Top flap is missing, and some of the bottom flap is torn off. Sides are split or frayed. Front of the pattern envelope is in good condition. Small tear on right seamfrom wear and age.
The two pattern pieces were attached by the pattern\'s owner to Pattern-Life paper to secure the pieces and lengthen their usefulness. Main apron piece is in very good condition with no tears or missing pieces. Pocketpiece is in good condition with a small tear along one side.
In addition to the original pattern, the envelope also contains hand drawn pattern pieces for sizes 2-3, 4 and size 6 on heavy brown kraft paper.
