It has the original wooden wheelsIt has wear due to age, scratches & chips of paint gone. There are two areas on the bottom tray that looked chipped.I\'m not sure if it is suppose to be that way, I saw another one that was the same way.It measures 26\" tall x 34\" wide with folding leaves up x 14\" deep.If easy, this will be disassembled for shipping.Please look the photos over for a complete description & email with any questions.
