Sometimes Haeger gets it right. I think this piece could have stood with the designers of the Modern, mid -century etc. era.
The orange glaze is satin with the texture of that of a real orange. I think it\'s a fruit bowl. I haven\'t seen another like it. I had written this up as mint but examined it again and found a tiny spot of glaze missing so now it\'s near mint. The form is a great design. If you turn the bowl it\'s like looking at a different piece. The form changes. The color can be bright and and then darker as it casts shadows upon itself. It even has the original sale sticker on the bottom with \"Haeger, style 3163\" on it. It\'s a good sized piece measuring: 11 3/4\" long, 8 3/4\" wide, 2\" high at it\'s lowest , and 4 1/2\" at it\'s highest. Beautiful piece. .
