Please take the time to look at all my pictures; I will disclose any damage to the item. Email me with questions. If you need more pictures or information, ask and I will be happy to supply what you need. I go into detail on each item I list, doing so I feel we can resolve any problem before the item is shipped.

I am an honest seller and work hard researching each item I am listing before I list the item to sell. However I am not an expert in glass, and I can make a mistake, Please feel free to correct me if this happens.

If the item has arrived broken, I do handle this through the insurance I take out on the item shipped. Please email me as soon as possible and include pictures, of the box and the broken item. This will help make the claim run smoothly... I will file a claim within 24 hours of receiving all information needed with the insurance company. We take care in the way we pack, and strive to have our packages delivered undamaged, however, things can happen once they leave out hands.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their merchandise they purchased from us. And we will do whatever we can within reason to make this happen. Please leave response when you received and examined your purchase, this response is good for the buyer and the seller, to help keep a safe place to have a good experience in buying and selling.

I add a small amount on shipping to pay for packing material and insurance. USPS has increased the amount for insuring packages, bubble wrap and tape... this increase adds up between $1.00 to $2.00. I am a great believer in using recycle boxes, however USPS is now refusing boxes with original stamped writing on the boxes.. You will find that I will turn boxes inside out when I can to continue to save my customers money on Shipping.

I am a shop that buys from estates, yard sales, and sales. I pass on a fair savings to the customer on all items I purchase. I use buy now or best offer, please make me a offer and I do consider all offers. If your offer is fair, most of the time I accept or I will counter offer... makes the deal more exciting.
