Vintage Napco Figurines: Newsboy And Vagabond Set Of Two:
Adorable Set of Two Vintage Napco Figurines. This set includes "Vagabond" AH1B, as well as "Newsboy" AH301. "Vagabond" features a young boy on his way to the local village, totting a rump sack along with him. "Newsboy" features a little cutie hard at work selling his newspapers. Both boys sport faces frozen in adorable open mouth expression. Each figurine stands on a white base and is hand marked and titled on the bottom. Discrepancies in the paint as well as the hand marked bottoms led me to believe that these figurines may be hand paint but this is not a certainty. A bit of residue is left over from the foil Napco sticker on the bottom of the "Vagabond" however this is all that reminds of any type of makers mark for the set. The newsboy stands at approximately 4 1/3" tall, while the vagabond stands just under 4" tall. Both figurines are in good preowned condition with light wear. Please see all pictures for accurate detail conditions. This is a great set for any figurine enthusiast especially those with a love for Napco.
